IPAF TraIning
We are registered, IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) training providers which means we can provide the highest of safety standards for those who work at height.
Our training department can offer a full range of training from IPAF, PASMA and Face Fit to a complete eLearning catalogue.
PAL+ is an optional, additional one day of category-specific training aimed at operators working in higher risk or challenging environments.
This course will cover all aspects of your IPAF powered access training, choosing any combination of 3A (mobile vertical), 3B (mobile boom) or 1B (static boom), the course will instruct a candidate to safely operate MEWPS.
MEWPs for Managers is aimed at those who plan, supervise or manage work at height with Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs). Can be completed via eLearning or at an IPAF-approved training centre (one day course).
Loading, transportation, and unloading of plant machinery are vital logistical activities across many industries including powered access and construction. However, analysis of accident data reveals this activity is one of the leading causes of accidents and injuries. The course examines how these accidents occur and critically, how to prevent them to ensure safe and effective best practice.
IPAF offers three harness courses to meet the needs of different candidates: Harness Awareness Course (HA), Harness User Course (HU), Harness Inspector Course (HI).
This course trains a demonstrator to familiarise operators with their responsibilities and to demonstrate pre-operational and safe operating procedures, and the limitations of MEWPs.
There’s a range of PASMA courses aimed at users of scaffold towers and low-level access equipment, and those who manage them.
