The SJ63 AJ booms have been designed to improve customer return by using SMARTORQUETM technology and data-driven design. SMARTORQUETM utilises optimised gearing and a simplified, high-efficiency hydraulics package, so these models can employ 25 hp engines to deliver similar on-site job performance as higher-powered units.
The axle-based four-wheel drive system delivers reliable traction on challenging terrain. An operator-controlled locking rear differential improves off-road performance. A limited-slip front differential enhances grip on uneven surfaces. The oscillating axle increases stability across rough ground.
The machine remains drivable at full height; Its turret rotates continuously through 360°. The machine offers 45% gradeability for demanding job sites.
